MagicSquiggles.com provides a creative service transforming children’s drawings (referred to as “squiggles”) into professionally printed products such as posters and t-shirts, which are then shipped to customers.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All purchases are made securely through our Squarespace platform and are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in your local currency (where applicable) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and any other method listed on our website.

3. User Content and Rights

  • You retain ownership of all drawings you upload (“User Content”).
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and print the artwork solely for fulfilling your order.
  • We will never sell or reuse your child’s artwork for any purpose beyond your order without your explicit written consent.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes indicated at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs, postal disruptions, or demand surges.
  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These are your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • As all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@magicsquiggles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
